Sriracha
Sriracha is a smooth chile sauce with heat, garlic, sweetness, and tang. It is usually added as a finishing sauce or stirred in near the end.
Identity
Bright heat
Add after the main cooking.
Long cooking can mute its fresh chile flavor. Stir it in at the end, then add more at the table if extra heat is wanted.
